Volunteer Assignments & Reporting
• Reporting Time (7:00 a.m.): Sign in with Volunteer Coordinators Beatrice and Theresa.
• Registration (7:00-10:00 a.m.): Distribute bibs, T-shirts, and safety pins. AC Cheseboro is the lead; Janane is the POC.
• Setup (7:00 a.m.): Exhibitors report to Beverly Dandridge and Kim Cartwright.
• Health Screenings (8:00-10:00 a.m.): Volunteers report at 7:30 a.m. to Donna Johnson. Lions Club and Kaiser.
• Water & Snacks (9:00-11:00 a.m.): Volunteers arrive at 8:00 a.m. and report to Judy Pool.
• Cheerleaders (8:00-11:00 a.m.): Cheer on participants and distribute water along the trail. Report to Theresa Waters and be at assigned posts by 8:45 a.m.
• Parking (7:00-10:00 a.m.): Direct traffic and report to Jesslyn Hawkins.
